Shipping & Returns

Curbside Pickup:

Orders will be fulfilled and ready to pick up within 2 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. If you need to arrange a different pick-up day/time outside of our normal store hours (see below) or if you need your order sooner, please email us at info@reynoldsatl.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping:

Your order will ship within 2 days. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for standard shipping and 3-5 days for priority shipping. Please note: USPS has been experiencing delays recently. You can check your status via the tracking number emailed to you upon fulfillment. If it has been longer than two weeks since your fulfillment confirmation, please email us at info@reynoldsatl.com and we will do our best to assist

 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you don't love it for any reason, we are happy to make an exchange within the same artist/maker brand. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate an exchange at info@reynoldsatl.com. We will send you a return label, or if you are local you can schedule a curbside exchange appointment. Products must be in new, undamaged condition. Once received, we will issue a store credit valid towards purchase within the maker/brand (minus the cost of return shipping, if applicable)

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@reynoldsatl.com with a clear snapshot of the item (we want to be able to provide feedback to our makers). We will make every effort to correct the issue. Keep in mind, some natural variations in size, color and shape of handmade products should be expected.

Please note there are a few exceptions:

  • All edible items are final sale
  • All face masks are final sale
  • Discounted items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged)
  • Free gifts with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged)
